Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model actor author designer as well as an animal rights activist. Ali MacGraw is well-known for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. The daughter of a family of artists in New York she wished to pursue a career in the field of arts. Her first job was as a photo assistant. She then moved on to acting and modeling. She was noticed in her two first films and won the Golden Globe Award for Most Popular Newcomer.
